Getting Started with AI Workspace OS
Install the Chrome extension, sign in, save your first prompts, and set up folders so your AI workspace stays organized from day one.
Install and sign in
Add AI Workspace OS from the Chrome Web Store, then open the extension and sign in with email or Google. Sign-in unlocks saving and sync for your prompt library.
Save your first prompt
Open a supported AI chat site, write a prompt that works well, and save it from the sidebar. Give it a clear title before you move on.
Organize early
Create a couple of folders for the work you do most. Moving prompts into folders early prevents a messy “all prompts” dump later.
Build a reusable routine
Whenever a prompt produces a strong result twice, save it. Whenever you rewrite the same instruction, turn it into a template with placeholders.
