Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Workspace OS Chrome extension and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By installing or using AI Workspace OS, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

AI Workspace OS is a local-first AI productivity workspace. It lets you save, organize, and reuse prompts, personas, projects, and knowledge while using supported websites such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Kling, PixVerse, Google Veo, Grok, and Perplexity. Features may include local storage, optional cloud sync, workflows, and paid upgrades.

We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time. We try to avoid disruptions, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

You may use the free version without an account. If you sign in, you are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.

You agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate others or create accounts for abusive purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity
• Store or distribute content that violates others' rights
• Attempt to access other users' data or our systems without permission
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
• Resell or misrepresent the Service as your own product

You retain ownership of prompts and other content you save. By syncing to the cloud, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content back to you so the Service can function.

You are responsible for the prompts you save and how you use them with third-party AI tools.

Some features (such as cloud sync beyond free limits) may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. Pricing, billing cycle, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to applicable law and our checkout terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT PROMPTS WILL WORK WITH EVERY AI PLATFORM OR PRODUCE SPECIFIC RESULTS.

AI Workspace OS is a productivity tool. We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, or Perplexity unless explicitly stated.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI WORKSPACE OS AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension and disconnecting your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
